Grief
Grief is a natural reaction to a loss of someone or something you have become attached to or loved. Grieving can be hard work, you could be experiencing:

bouts of crying

fatigue

trouble sleeping

flashbacks
-
heightened anxiety
Dealing with loss can be very confusing. We all go through loss at some stage in our lives, it's a normal part of life. When loss becomes overwhelming and starts to impact on day to day living - it's time to get help. I work with people to process grief - work through the emotions and symptoms to help gain understanding and strategies to cope.
