My Story

If things feel heavy, confusing, or hard to hold right now, you don’t have to do it on your own.

I’ve spent over 20 years working in the mental health field, alongside people navigating a wide range of life experiences and challenges. My work began in adventure therapy with young people and has grown into a practice grounded in compassion, curiosity, and connection.

I hold a degree in Social Anthropology, a Diploma in Counselling, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Creative Arts Therapy.

I believe in the power of sharing our stories. Together, we can gently explore what has brought you here, making sense of your experiences, finding ways to move forward that feel more supportive and aligned.

My approach is compassion-based, with a focus on understanding the inner dialogue and beliefs that shape how we relate to ourselves and the world. As we bring awareness to these patterns, new ways of responding can begin to emerge.

Outside of the therapy space, you’ll usually find me with my pets, out hiking, reading, or spending time with family.
